A graduate of Washington State University, Ryan made a huge name for himself as a sports designer for The Colorado Springs Gazette. About a year-and-a-half ago, he moved to the Freep. When the move was announced here at VizEds, Damon Cain of The Denver Post wrote:

Ryan shares a birthday with sex symbols Noah Wyle and Angelina Jolie, as well as sex expert Dr. Ruth Westheimer. And — as if that’s not enough — today is Old Maid’s Day. Seriously.

Sweet, I’ve made the Apple Blog! Knew all that time I put in in Syracuse would be worth it… though, um, technically, I turn 28. I think. Lemme check the math. No, yeah, 28. (It was gonna be emBARassing if I’d spent a week telling everyone the wrong age… oy…)
