NYT ‘interactive innovation team’ to take questions this week
The New York Times announced this weekend:
Members of The New York Times’s interactive innovation team, recently featured in New York Magazine, are answering questions from readers Jan. 19-23, 2009. Questions may be e-mailed to askthetimes@nytimes.com.
Yeah, that would be these guys:
We wrote about them last week. From left to right: Gabriel Dance, Matt Ericson, Steve Duenes, Aron Pilhofer and Andrew DeVigal. New York magazine called them “the Renegades” who are “goosing the Gray Lady” by revolutionizing how multimedia graphics are used on the Times‘ web site.
The way the NYT Q&A works: You e-mail your questions. They’ll pick some to answer and post them here.
Duenes, in fact — the Times‘ director of graphics — answered questions last February. Find a directory of all the Times‘ ‘Talk to the Newsroom’ features here.
