On Monday, the Audit Bureau of Circulations released its top gainers for the past six months.
The nation’s biggest circulation increase? The Daily Record of York, Pa. Circulation there is up to 55,370, which represents a 16.45 percent increase over last year. Astounding numbers, in this economy.
