I've also not tried the ox tail, which locals love. Perhaps it's the name. I don't mind digging into a rump roast, but "ox tail" just seems too much like "cow's ass."

Your comment reminds me why I don't have a burning desire to go to China.</description>

		<description>I think a lot of your breakfast oddities come from the UK influence...What we call "Canadian Bacon" is what is more common in the UK, and "our" bacon is called "streaky bacon" in the UK.  The milk first in the coffee machine may be similar to what I always learned from my English family: milk in the cup before pouring the tea from the pot. I always heard it was so the milk did not curdle going into the hot tea???  The lamb sausage sounds good.</description>
