Here’s wishing the happiest of VizEds birthdays today to Kenney Marlatt of the Chicago Tribune.
A 2000 graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., Kenney spent five years as a designer with the San Jose Mercury News before becoming news design editor of the Indianapolis Star in 2005. He moved to the Tribune last January.
Kenney shares a birthday with actors Marlo Thomas, Goldie Hawn and Cherry Jones; writer/actor/director Harold Ramis; musician Karsten Björk Rasmussen; Belgian painter Rene Magritte and sports greats Troy Aikman, Ken Griffey Jr. and Stan Musial.
