Robb was most recently design editor for the Cecil Whig of Elkton, Md. A 1994 graduate of Florida State University, Robb also worked at the Democrat of Tallahassee, Fla., the Mongtomery Journal of Rockville, Md., the Carroll County Times of Westminster, Md., the Herald of Rutland, Vt., and the Republican-American of Waterbury, Conn. Robb turns 41 today.
