Graphic überjournalist Karl Gude is speaking today at TEDx — an independent TED gathering — in Lansing, Mich.

One of the better infographics brains on the planet, Karl served as graphics director for United Press International, the New York Daily News, the National sports daily, the Associated Press and Newsweek.
