The return of the paper?
Vendredi, launched on friday October 17, claims to be “without any doubts, the first of many initiatives that will mark the return of the paper in complement of Internet”.
Founder Jacques Rosselin, also founder of Courrier International, posts the ambition to find “every week the better infos on the Web” and publish them in only 8 pages with a format inspired by the USA Today according to the design studio Rampazzo & Associes.
“Internet changes the way we produce and consume information, and Vendredi is the first weekly current coming out from this new era where the Web imposes as a true source of information and debate of ideas”. The french paper is all except a newspaper of “synthesis”.
The team also includes Philippe Cohen, founder of Marianne 2, and Philippe Labarde founder of La Tribune.
Hope you do real good!
