Graphic Artist and all-around cool guy Patrick Garvin sends this along. Here’s what he said:
The only thing that I did was the little Thriller dancers at the bottom. All else is Kyle’s. He researched a lot of those movies himself and did the main art, inking it in the “Sin City” style.

Note that I included the column on the left. Columnist Laura Capitano let us zombify her face to match the rest of the page.
God, I love this place.
Via NPD we now also have the before and after columnist mug from Kyzandrha Pratt:

A couple of good election previews today.

It’s a sad day in Region 3, as we lose super-awesome sports designer and person Chris Rukan to some other region up north. Chris has accepted a sports design position at the Washington Post, leaving the Palm Beach Post’s sports department wandering aimlessly through the yet-to-begin Heat season, the officially ended Marlins season, and the never-to-be-recovered Dolphins season. Spring training is just a few months away, guys. But I digress. The Post’s loss is the Post’s gain. Congrats, Chris! And stay away from that Harrison guy over at the Times.
