We'd better! From what I remember of Greg's mad cheese-cube stuffing skills, you've got some big cheeks to fill there, Bill. But I'm sure you'll be up to the task.

Congrats Bill! I know you've been patiently waiting for the right opportunity, this seems like a great match. And while, yes, you have some big cheeks to fill, I know you'll only add to the Quad City legend. Very Happy

Thank you everyone for the congrats. I am humbled to say the least and truly touched.

To respond quickly to a few questions:

I'll shave my legs for the QC Times if it sells ads! (I have my limits, however.)

I know of Greg's prowess with the cheese cubes. In high school, I ate a Big Mac in one bite. (Just look at that photo on Mr. Apple's blog, and you can see how!) As far as challenging his cheese cube, uh, performance ... I doubt it.
