Are you the kind of tenacious reporter that people can't say to 'No!" to?
Can we convince you to use your powers to support Visual Editors? VizEds needs your help to secure sponsors for this year's VizEds lunch charity event.
The Orlando Sentinel has already signed up (For the third year in a row!) to donate a big-ticket raffle prize.
Last year, the lunch and this web site was underwritten by generous donations from the lunch sponsors: Font Bureau and Topix.net.
The easy sell is that this Visual Editors is a 501(c)(3) which means that the IRS allows donors to claim their sponsorship gifts as a tax deduction. Another benefit is the endless thanks they receive from us in our discussions, blog posts and e-mails about the fundraiser and the beneficiaries.
So, if you have the uncanny ability to squeeze sources, roam the halls of power, and can open doors to decision-makers then, please, consider applying your formidable talents to this effort.
Visual Editors has already assembled detailed sponsor packets and have posted many details and benefits on the "Dot ORG" side of the business.
