If you designed for a college newspaper (or related magazine) after March 15, 2006, you're eligible to enter the College News Design Contest, co-sponsored by SND and the Missouri School of Journalism. Entries are due April 2. Visit web.missouri.edu/~umcjourssndwww/ for a brochure and contest details.

This year's judges for the print categories are:
-- Scott Goldman, Indianapolis Star and SND president
-- Mark Friesen, Oregonian and newsdesigner.com guru
-- Kristin Lenz, Hartford Courant

We also have expanded the multimedia categories and have lined up Brian Storm of MediaStorm and Don Wittekind of UNC-Chapel Hill to be among the judges for those categories.
