Iam doing the front and last page layout for my daily for the past one year.Its going pretty well .But the problem is that the daily hasn't got a character visually .I have prepared a style book,first of its kind in our dailies history,during the redesign. As Iam concentrating on the front page its difficult for me to go through other pages. So every otherpage looks different as it is done by different persons.How can i ensure that the other pages are also look alike.

Maybe the answer is that you supervise the production rather than focusing on page one design.
You, as a supervisor, oversee the entire production rather than focus on a few pages.
Designing publications is about creating pages that enlighten readers while remaining within a format (grid, image, type) that maintains the idenity of the publication.
No redesign should ever be established without teaching the staff on the basics of the design and its philosophy. And even then, it is important for managers. editors, and supervisors to lead the design staff to implement the new design.
Redesign is never easy. It should only ever be easy for the readers of your publication.
