Unfortunately, since the workshop moved to Ball State, the tradition of eating pork shanks is also gone. Just haven't been able to find a place nearby that makes them.

Killer workshop, the single best one I have attended. As for the shanks, I think bowling at Muncie lanes has replaced the tradition. Buckets o' beer and Bob Lynn eating pine were well worth the experience.
