Flash. Slideshows. Video. Every newsroom wants to jump on the multimedia bandwagon – but how do you get started? What software do we need? What’s a unique user? Do we need additional staff? Andrew Satter, of www.azstarnet.com, will help you figure out how to use that new digital video camera.
Len DeGroot, of the South Florida Sun Sentinel, will take you beyond the basics of creating interactive graphics.
And the fine folks at Apple Inc., yes that Apple, sit down for some hands-on training in combining digital pictures with audio and video.

Let me tell you folks something right now.
A three-hour hands-on session with a certified Apple Inc. multimedia expert? Try going out and getting this kind of training for $95. How about $95 an HOUR??? The three-hour Apple session ALONE makes this Quick Course pay for itself if you're an SND member.

Plus, you're going to get a bunch of other great sessions beyond the Apple hands-on clinic. You come out WAY ahead on this one.
Airfare to Tucson is pretty affordable from all parts of the country. Or you might be able to get into Phoenix for cheaper and rent a car and drive the 1 1/2 hours to Tucson.
