I'm the photo editor at The Daily O'Collegian in Stillwater, OK. I'm trying to spearhead an effort to get some quality criticism on our page designs, so I decided we need to start posting our pages on vizeds. As a college newspaper run by students, we're constantly seeking ways of improving our paper. Our design can seem a bit formulaic at times, so last night we decided to try something new (to us). We package two stories about smoking together, and tried to make the page as visually interesting as possible to help tell the story. I posted the page in the "Critiques" section and you can view it here. We appreciate any criticism or ideas you have to offer.

OK, Jake - Thanks for posting - your post is exactly what VizEds is about - putting students first. Congrats on the photo edit gig.

I got the ball rolling with a comment. Please don't take it the wrong way - My criticism is more of a story focus issue than a design or photo issue.
