Considering region 15 is not exactly overrun with hundreds of members, it didn’t do too bad in the recent Best of Newspaper Design competition. Admittedly, The Guardian won a bunch, but hey, better than nothing.
So after trawling the winners’ database, here we go:

As well being one of the “World’s Best”, The Guardian won another nine awards of excellence, one silver and one gold award.
The Independent won two awards of excellence.
The Independent on Sunday won one award of excellence.
The Jewish Chronicle won one award of excellence.
The Observer’s Music Monthly mag won one award of excellence.
And the Observer’s Woman mag also won one award of excellence.
Scotland
The Sunday Herald won three awards of excellence.
Poland
Gazeta Wyborcza won two awards of excellence.
Romania
Business Standard won two awards of excellence.
Cotidianul won one award of excellence.
Estonia
Tartu Postimees won two awards of excellence.
